InfoStudenti cambia volto

Dal 24 settembre l’Università di Macerata ha reso disponibile una versione completamente rinnovata del portale dedicato all’assistenza di studenti e utenti.
Il nome resta lo stesso, ma il servizio cambia in modo significativo: InfoStudenti diventa un punto unico, più semplice, ordinato e tracciabile, pensato per aiutare gli utenti a trovare più rapidamente le informazioni di cui hanno bisogno e, quando necessario, a entrare in contatto con gli uffici competenti.
Il nuovo portale permetterà di cercare risposte e contenuti utili in autonomia, ricevere suggerimenti pertinenti durante la ricerca, inviare richieste attraverso percorsi guidati e, accedendo con le proprie credenziali di Ateneo, seguirne lo stato e consultarne lo storico.

The University of Macerata has launched a completely revamped version of its portal dedicated to supporting students and users.
The name remains the same, but the service has changed significantly: InfoStudenti has become a single, simpler, more organised and traceable point of contact, designed to help users find the information they need more quickly and, where necessary, get in touch with the relevant departments.
The new portal will allow users to search for answers and useful content independently, receive relevant suggestions whilst searching, submit enquiries via guided workflows and, by logging in with their university credentials, track the status of their enquiries and view their history.Try the new INFOSTUDENTI
